Welcome Team

The Welcome Team is a group of warm, enthusiastic members of Unity North Atlanta who are passionate about creating a friendly, inclusive space for everyone, whether you’re visiting for the first time or have been part of our community for years.

We understand that stepping into a new spiritual community can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unfamiliar with the building, the people, or even our beliefs and practices. That’s why the Welcome Team, in partnership with our Ushers, is here to ensure that every visitor feels comfortable, supported, and seen.

If all you’re looking for on your first visit is a simple smile or “hello,” we honor that. But if you’d like to know more, our team is happy to help you find your way around campus, learn about our programs, share a cup of coffee, and connect with others in our community.

You’ll find three Welcome Team members at each 11:15 a.m. service; look for the friendly faces wearing “Welcome” badges. We also invite you to stop by the visitor table downstairs in Holy Grounds Café, where you can enjoy tea or coffee and a heartfelt conversation. We’d love to meet you!
