On our evolutionary spiritual path there will inevitably be a holy moment when our soul gets tired of dragging around the story that has weighed us down. This is the moment when the heart says, enough….no more…. this story no longer fits! This is the choice when we no longer let what hurt us, tell us who we are, and we grab the reins of the next version of ourselves.
This is the decision to bravely stand up in the middle of our own story and say, I am no longer a side character in my pain, I am the author of my own healing!
