We are so EXCITED to welcome your child into our classroom!
At Unity North Atlanta Church, we believe that God is within us, around us, and expressing AS US and is everywhere present and that we are loved unconditionally.
Unity’s 5 Basic Principles Languaged for Children:
- God is all good and active in everything, everywhere.
- I am naturally good because God’s Divinity is in me and in everyone.
- I create my experiences by what I choose to think and what I feel and believe.
- Through affirmative prayer and meditation, I connect with God and bring out the good in my life.
- I do my best by living the Truth I know. I make a difference.
We encourage your child to express themselves authentically so that they understand that they are perfect exactly as they are.
The children are encouraged to connect with their inner wisdom and to live the Truth they know.
What can my child expect?
On Sunday mornings, children arrive between 11:00 – 11:15 and choose their “sacred job” (a favorite part of the morning) and participate in free play or pre-session crafts.
Our time together begins with our Sacred Circle where we connect to our breath, light our flameless candles affirming the light of God in each of us, and pray over our prayer box.
We then move into a time of meditation. Each Sunday presents a lesson based in Spiritual Principle utilizing object lessons and discussion. Your child is then led through a creative based activity that allows them to experience the lesson on a personal level, usually through art, music, drama, and role play.
You will go home each week with “Car Conversations” which allows you to continue the conversation with your child. Our goal is to have your child leave the classroom knowing that they are perfect expressions of the Divine as well as Spiritual Tools they can use to navigate this complex world.

Join the Unikids as they listen for the voice of God in nature and view the "Eyes of God".
