Reclaim the power of your authentic voice! In this 6 week course, we will explore Nonviolent Communication as a mindful, spiritual practice. This process offers a set of negotiation skills for peaceful conflict resolution and for building quality connections with others. Learn how to speak your truth with honest authenticity and without judgment, hear messages that may appear critical, without “taking it personally,” and live in integrity with your core values.
