An event every month that begins at 1:00 pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating indefinitely

The Healthy Living Group welcomes all who have a desire to actively engage in improving their health now. Our framework is inspired by two things: the beliefs of Charles & Myrtle Filmore, founders of the Unity movement who were examples of healing and wholeness through healthy food and mindfulness; the Blue Zones study of the world’s healthiest, longest-lived people, who have demonstrated vibrant active living and live 10-12 years longer than the average American.

Through education, support, hands-on cooking demos, challenges, and more, you will achieve a higher quality of health and live a higher quality of life.

Our quarterly Healthy Living topics for 2022 are:

  • Thinking – How our brain’s health impacts our daily decisions

  • Feeling – How our heart’s vitality affects how we enjoy each day

  • Doing – How healthy habits prevent life-limiting chronic disease

  • Belonging – How loving one another enhances health and lasting connections

We meet on the 4th Sunday of the month from 1:00 – 2:00 pm in the Connections Room. There is no charge for the meetings, however, love offerings are gratefully accepted.
