Join Nina Vance on Tuesday mornings in the Peace Chapel (lower level of sanctuary).

These sessions include a warm-up, slow stretches, guided relaxation, purposeful breathing and meditation. A deep sense of inner peace and the ability to focus one’s thoughts naturally grow with the practice of Hatha yoga, as does increased flexibility and strength. Bring a blanket and/or yoga mat and pillow and dress comfortably.
