Reiki is a Energy Healing modality that is the activation and application of Universal Lifeforce Energy to promote balance, healing, and wholeness Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Reiki is not a belief system. It does not conflict with any religious beliefs. It is an easy-to-learn technique that is simple and safe. It can be used to help yourself and others. It is safe at any time, any place, regardless of age. Reiki energizes your entire system safely and quickly. It does not conflict with medical procedures or treatments. It helps eliminate stress. It also is used to help pets, other animals and even plants.
The following topics will be covered during the Reiki Level 1 portion of the Intensive:
- History of Usui Reiki
- Degrees of Reiki
- Reiki Principles
- Reiki Benefits
- Guidelines for using Reiki
- Conducting a Reiki session
Level 2 Usui Reiki is often defined by a focus on practicing Reiki on others, as well as an expanded opening of the energy channels. Additionally students receive the “Reiki symbols” and Level 2 attunement. The Reiki symbols allow the practitioner to connect more deeply to the Universal energy, as well as draw on the qualities that the symbols represent. This includes the ability to provide Distance Reiki, or sending healing energy to individuals wherever they may be.
