This is the 13th year!
Over 20 different faith traditions join together in prayer and song every year proving that we are all One. This year we Dare to Do! We celebrate our children and their desire to make a difference. Our Community Highlight this year will be The Center for Children and Young Adults.
The service is followed by a time of food and community. Join us for one of Cobb County’s most anticipated annual events. We will accept canned food donations for Must Ministries and an offering that will be shared with local families in need. Please carpool.
Here’s what Rev. Richard had to say:
“The Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration at Temple Kol Emeth is a magnificent testimony to what is possible when humanity finds the strength to tear down the walls of division that separate us and celebrates the bridges of love that connect us all. Through the common language of compassion, caring, music and generosity, bonds of spiritual and religious connection are made and the world is just one step closer to demonstrating the challenges laid out in all our holy texts. Through common effort and vision we create a space where brothers and sisters look beyond theological differences and into the very face of God that will always be found in a spirit of partnership, co-creation and service. At Unity North, we are so grateful for our Interfaith partners and for the understanding that is created through this loving dialogue and celebration.”
